Topic: Practical Assessment of the Chiropractic Patient

The seminar is based on the textbook by the same name.
Day one is a review of over 96 orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic examination procedures that cover 41 categories of dysfunction/pathology.
Principles of examination, test selection and CPT coding of examinations are also covered day one.
Day two focuses on weaving the examination procedures into an examination format that allows all 96 procedures to be performed in 10 minutes or less. The procedures are explained again as the format develops.
Fees: All seminars are for a fee plus expenses. Fees are based on the number of presentation hours requested.

Notes: Notes for the course are from the seminar power point presentation. The notes reflect the information presented in day one of the seminar. Notes from day one are also used on day two. The only difference in notes between day one and day two is the order in which the procedures are covered. The notes are extensive.

Book: The publisher of the text Practical Assessment of the Chiropractic Patient that the seminar is based on provides group seminar discounts. The text, which retails for $39.95 can be purchased for $29.95 each when 40 or more are purchased. This is a small amount that can easily be added into the cost of the seminar and it eliminates the expense of photocopying notes. Doctors also leave the seminar with a quality text in hand instead of another set of notes to file.
